• Your reflexology session which may include some advanced reflexology techniques and applied kinesiology.

Treatment is carried out fully clothed reclining on my massage couch (or seated in a chair if lying down is difficult) but with bare feet. Treatment is suitable for all ages.
Various holistic therapies and techniques may be used as part of this treatment.

Each treatment session usually lasts about one hour but please allow at least 90 minutes for your first appointment.
